It's already 2008! Last year was such a good one, I hope that this year brings the same happiness! I got to thinking, it's going to be weird when we get to 2010 in a couple years, are you going to say "back in twenty-ten..." or "back in ten..."???? For New Years Eve, I had to work until 3:30 and then we met up with our friends Michael and Lori and also Candace. The five of us went to dinner at a fancy-schmancy place called The Geisha House in a new little trendy area of town called Atlantic Station. We were definitely under-dressed but not one of us cared. The food was good and actually a lot better priced than I thought it would be.
Anyway, after that we went over to Candace's house and ate cheesecake and pie and played some games. Well, I was so tired I laid on the couch and watched.
We decided after much deliberation that we were going to go to our friend Ashizzley's house (which I was really happy about) and ring in the new year with the folks there.
